Recharge Funding
We’ve been working with Recharge since its inception. As we’ve built various products for them, we’ve refined the customer journey along the way to make it a smoother, less tedious application process. Since a lot of their customers' first point-of-contact is from direct mail, they are usually required to enter a URL or scan a QR code that takes them to a landing page (see example at the bottom) where they are prompted to enter their personal offer code before being taken to the application page. To make this process simpler for the customer, we combined the landing page and application page into a simple “microsite".
Above are the 4 individual pages of the microsite that collect the personal offer code, display relevant form fields to be filled out, require identity verification, and that’s it, you’re off to the races!
